How to Prepare Organic Serenity Herbal Tea
- Place one tea sachet in a cup.
- Add approximately 200 ml of freshly boiled water.
- Use water at 95°C to 100°C.
- Allow the tea to infuse for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Remove the sachet and enjoy.
For a stronger herbal flavour, leave the sachet in the water for the full eight minutes.
The tea can be enjoyed on its own or served with a small amount of honey. Because the blend is naturally caffeine-free, it can also be included in an evening tea routine.
