Rooibos, Cocoa & Vanilla
The recipe contains just three carefully selected ingredients:
Organic rooibos, which creates the naturally smooth and slightly sweet base of the infusion.
Organic cocoa husk, providing the distinctive chocolate aroma and rich cocoa character.
Organic vanilla extract, which softens the blend and adds a warm, rounded finish.
The rooibos and vanilla used in the blend are sourced through Fair Trade.
Naturally Caffeine-Free
Because the blend is based on rooibos rather than traditional tea leaves, Choco Jungle is naturally caffeine-free.
That makes it particularly suitable for an afternoon treat, cosy evening drink or a comforting alternative to caffeinated tea and coffee. Faire also lists the product as caffeine-free.
Delicious Hot or as a Rooibos Latte
Choco Jungle can be prepared like a classic herbal infusion, but its cocoa character makes it especially good with milk.
For an indulgent chocolate rooibos latte:
- Place one sachet in your cup.
- Add hot water and allow it to infuse.
- Add warm dairy or plant-based milk.
- Sweeten with a little honey if desired.
Biohême specifically recommends trying the infusion with milk or plant-based milk for an even more indulgent drink.
How to Prepare
Sachet: 1 tea bag
Water temperature: approximately 85°C
Infusion time: 5–10 minutes
Best enjoyed: daytime or evening
For a stronger chocolate flavour, leave the sachet to infuse for the full 10 minutes.
