Biomatea Ceremonial Matcha Collagen Latte combines the distinctive flavour and vibrant green colour of Japanese matcha with easily soluble hydrolysed bovine collagen.
The recipe contains 33% ceremonial matcha from Kagoshima, Japan, and 58% collagen peptides. A small amount of inulin, vanilla powder and salt completes the blend without the addition of sugar.
The fine powder dissolves easily, making it a convenient choice for preparing hot matcha, creamy matcha latte or refreshing iced matcha drinks at home or at work.

How to Prepare
- Add approximately 10 g of powder to a cup or shaker.
- Pour in approximately 200 ml of hot water, warm milk or a plant-based drink.
- Stir, whisk or shake until completely dissolved.
- Serve immediately.
For an iced Matcha Collagen Latte, first mix the powder with a small amount of warm water. Add cold milk or a plant-based drink and finish with ice cubes.
