How to prepare

Add approximately 1 teaspoon of powder to a matcha bowl or cup.
Pour in 60 ml of hot water.
Whisk until smooth and frothy using a bamboo whisk or electric frother.
Top up with warm or cold milk or a plant-based alternative.

For an iced strawberry matcha latte, serve over ice and add fresh strawberry purée if desired. Sweeten to taste.
