How to prepare Calmirel herbal tea
Place one tea bag in a cup or mug.
Add approximately 200 ml of freshly boiled water at a temperature between 95°C and 100°C.
Allow the tea to steep for 6–8 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy the infusion warm.
For a stronger flavour, allow the tea to steep for the full eight minutes.
