A refreshing organic herbal infusion for your daily routine

Provence d’Antan Organic Detox Herbal Tea is a balanced botanical infusion created for moments when you want something light, refreshing and naturally caffeine-free.

The recipe combines hibiscus flowers, dandelion leaves, fennel seeds, wild pansy, licorice root, ash leaves, mallow, chicory, couch grass, black radish and lemon.

Hibiscus gives the infusion its pleasantly tangy character and attractive colour, while fennel and licorice provide a naturally rounded herbal sweetness. Lemon extract and lemon peel add a fresh citrus finish.

A complex blend of organic plants

This organic detox herbal tea contains a carefully balanced combination of flowers, leaves, seeds, roots and citrus ingredients.

Hibiscus creates the blend’s distinctive tart and refreshing flavour. Dandelion, chicory, black radish and couch grass contribute a deeper botanical character, while fennel, licorice and mallow soften the infusion.

The addition of lemon extract and lemon peel gives the tea a brighter and more refreshing finish, making it easy to enjoy throughout the year.

How to prepare one cup

Place one tea bag in a cup.

Add approximately 200 ml of freshly boiled water at a temperature between 95°C and 100°C.

Allow the tea to infuse for 6–8 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy the infusion hot.

For a lighter flavour, use a shorter infusion time. For a more intense botanical taste, leave the tea bag to steep for the full eight minutes.

How to prepare a one-litre bottle

Place four tea bags in one litre of hot water.

Leave the tea to infuse for 6–8 minutes, then remove the tea bags. Allow the infusion to cool before transferring it to a reusable bottle or jug.

Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator and enjoy it cold throughout the day. Add fresh lemon slices or ice for an even more refreshing drink.

PROVENCE D'ANTAN

Authentic flavours and botanical traditions from Provence

Provence d’Antan brings the aromas, flavours and character of southern France into the kitchen. The French brand specialises in organic teas and herbal infusions, aromatic herbs, spices, salts and Provençal specialities, combining traditional Mediterranean inspiration with carefully selected ingredients.

The family-owned company behind Provence d’Antan has worked with organic plant-based products since 1989, with the Provence d’Antan brand established in 2002 as the company expanded into herbs, seasonings and fine food products inspired by Provence.

One of the brand’s specialities is its range of aromatic herbs and authentic Herbes de Provence. Provence d’Antan states that its Herbes de Provence are grown in Provence, including crops near Sainte-Victoire, and its classic organic blend combines thyme, rosemary, savory and oregano.

Alongside herbs and spices, Provence d’Antan produces a broad selection of organic teas and herbal infusions, from traditional herbal blends to fruit, spice and wellness-inspired infusions.

At Leaf & Spice, we selected Provence d’Antan for customers who appreciate authentic French flavours, Mediterranean cooking and beautifully presented products with a strong connection to the traditions of Provence.
