How to Prepare Tatasse Divine Mama
For the best flavour:
Tea: 2.5 g
Water: 200 ml
Water temperature: 100°C
Infusion time: 4–7 minutes
For a lighter and fresher cup, brew closer to 4 minutes. For a fuller rooibos and citrus flavour, allow the infusion to steep for up to 7 minutes.
It can be enjoyed naturally without sweetener, although a small amount of honey can be added according to taste.
