A Taste of Normandy in Three Cups
Discover the distinctive flavours of northern France with the Tatasse Normandy Organic Tea & Infusion Gift Set, a beautifully curated collection inspired by some of Normandy’s most recognisable places and flavours.
Created by French tea brand Tatasse, the gift set brings together three different organic blends ranging from classic citrusy black tea to rich, naturally fruity infusions.
Whether you are looking for an original tea gift for a birthday, Christmas, Mother’s Day, housewarming or special occasion, this colourful French collection offers something a little different from an ordinary box of tea.
Three Normandy-Inspired Organic Blends
The collection includes three contrasting flavour experiences.
The Count of Étretat – Organic Earl Grey Black Tea
A refined organic black tea inspired by the dramatic cliffs of Étretat.
A blend of black teas from China, Assam and Darjeeling creates a full, aromatic base, complemented by fragrant bergamot oil and bergamot peel.
The result is a sophisticated citrus-forward tea with the familiar character of a traditional Earl Grey.
Flavour profile: citrusy, aromatic, elegant
Tea type: black tea
Contains caffeine: yes
Mont-Saint-Michel – Organic Mandarin & Caramel Infusion
A wonderfully indulgent fruit and rooibos infusion inspired by one of Normandy’s most iconic landmarks.
Apple and date provide natural fruity sweetness, while hibiscus, rosehip and lemongrass add brightness. Caramel, cocoa and mandarin bring a warm, dessert-like finish.
Flavour profile: mandarin, caramel, fruit, gentle cocoa notes
Tea type: fruit and rooibos infusion
Character: sweet, warming and indulgent
Cambremer Pays d’Auge – Organic Apple & Caramel Infusion
Inspired by Normandy’s apple-growing countryside, this naturally fruity infusion places apple at the centre of the blend.
Apple, carob, rosehip, hibiscus and cocoa are combined with caramel notes to create a rich yet fruity caffeine-free-style infusion suitable for relaxing throughout the day.
Flavour profile: apple, caramel, cocoa, fruit
Tea type: fruit infusion
Character: fruity, mellow and gourmand

Brewing Recommendations
Because the set contains both black tea and fruit infusions, brewing should be adjusted to the individual blend.
Earl Grey Black Tea
Use approximately 1 teaspoon of loose tea per cup. Infuse in hot water for around 3–5 minutes.
Fruit & Rooibos Infusions
Use approximately 1 tablespoon per cup and infuse in freshly boiled water for around 10–12 minutes.
For a stronger flavour, simply increase the quantity rather than greatly extending the brewing time.
The fruit infusions can also be prepared in larger quantities, cooled and served over ice.
