The blend combines two distinctive white teas, Mao Feng and Pai Mu Tan, creating a light and refined base. A small amount of Sencha green tea adds a fresher vegetal dimension, while rooibos contributes additional softness to the cup.

How to brew
For the best flavour:
- Tea: approximately 2.5 g
- Water: 200 ml
- Temperature: 70–80°C
- Steeping time: 3–5 minutes
Avoid boiling water, as the lower brewing temperature helps preserve the more delicate character of the white tea. Faire gives the recommended brewing parameters as 2.5 g per 200 ml at 70–80°C for 3–5 minutes.
