How to Prepare White Sweetness
For the most delicate and aromatic cup:
Tea: approximately 2.5 g
Water: 200 ml
Water temperature: 70–80°C
Steeping time: 3–5 minutes
Avoid using freshly boiling water directly on white tea. Lower-temperature water helps preserve the delicate character of the leaves and reduces unwanted bitterness.
For a lighter cup, brew for around 3 minutes. For a fuller vanilla aroma and stronger tea character, extend the infusion towards 5 minutes.
