How to Prepare
Use one tea bag per cup, approximately 200 ml. Pour over freshly boiled water at 100°C and steep for 3–4 minutes before removing the bag.
Start with three minutes for a lighter cup, or allow four minutes for a stronger infusion. Enjoy plain to appreciate the bergamot aroma, with a slice of lemon for extra citrus, or with a splash of milk or your favourite plant-based alternative.
