How to Prepare Matcha
- Add approximately 1–2 grams of matcha powder to a cup or matcha bowl.
- Add a small amount of warm water at approximately 70–80°C.
- Place the whisking head into the liquid before switching it on.
- Whisk until the matcha is completely dissolved and a light foam forms.
- Add more water for traditional matcha or your preferred milk for a matcha latte.
- Froth the milk separately when you want a creamier finish.
Avoid using boiling water, as excessive heat can make matcha taste more bitter.
How to Clean the Whisk
Remove the stainless-steel whisking rod and rinse it separately with water immediately after use.
Do not immerse the handle or motor unit in water. The exterior of the handle should be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Allow the whisking rod to dry fully before reattaching or storing it.
