Description
piTea Blueberries in Green: blueberry-flavoured green and white tea
Give your everyday tea ritual a fruity twist with piTea Blueberries in Green. This loose-leaf blend combines Chinese Gunpowder green tea with Chinese Mao Feng white tea, apple cubes, berries and rose buds. Its blueberry flavour brings the fruit and tea together in a cup that is easy to enjoy as part of your afternoon break.
Choose it when you want a fruit-flavoured blend that still puts tea leaves at the heart of the experience. The 75 g tea-station tin includes paper filters and filter sticks, so you can measure and brew the loose tea without needing a separate infuser.
Blueberry flavour with a mixed-fruit character
Blueberry is the main flavour, accompanied by apple, strawberry and raspberry within the blend. Chinese Gunpowder green tea provides the green tea foundation, alongside Mao Feng white tea. The loose blend also contains rose buds.
The blend contains 1% blueberries and natural flavouring. Try your first cup plain to explore the balance of berry flavour and tea aroma before adding any extras.
How to prepare
- Dosage: 1 teaspoon per 200 ml of water.
- Water temperature: 80°C.
- Steeping time: 2 minutes.
Place the tea in one of the included paper filters or your own infuser. Add water at 80°C, steep for 2 minutes and remove the leaves before drinking. For two 200 ml cups, use 2 teaspoons in 400 ml of water, keeping the temperature and brewing time the same.
Enjoy it chilled
For a refreshing iced version, brew as directed, remove the leaves, cool promptly and refrigerate. Serve over ice, with a few fresh blueberries if you wish. This serving suggestion keeps the same brewing temperature and steeping time as your hot cup.
