Brewing Instructions
For one cup:
- Use 1 tea bag per 200 ml of water
- Heat water to 95–100°C
- Infuse for 6–8 minutes
- Remove the tea bag and enjoy
For iced elderflower tea:
- Use 2 tea bags per approximately 300 ml of hot water
- Infuse for 6–8 minutes
- Allow the infusion to cool
- Pour over ice
- Garnish with lemon, mint or fresh fruit
