The blend begins with two classic Chinese green teas: Sencha and Chun Mee. Together they create a smooth, lightly vegetal base that allows the fruitier ingredients to shine without overpowering the character of the tea.

Sweet apple brings natural roundness, while rosehip and hibiscus add a refreshing, gently tangy dimension. Strawberry pieces and natural strawberry flavour complete the blend with an aromatic, fruity sweetness.

How to Prepare

For the best flavour:

Tea: approximately 2.5 g
Water: 200 ml
Water temperature: 70–80°C
Infusion time: 2–3 minutes

Avoid using boiling water directly on the leaves, as excessively hot water can make delicate green teas more bitter.

For a softer cup, begin with approximately 70°C water and a two-minute infusion. If you prefer a stronger green tea flavour, extend the brewing time slightly.
